Changemakers

The Changemaker programme recognises the power of social action in developing real-world skills and creating meaningful, lasting impact. Developed in partnership with NCFE and The Skills Network, the programme provides a structured pathway for learners to turn volunteering into recognised achievements, building confidence, resilience and a strong sense of purpose.

By encouraging active participation in community initiatives, Changemaker empowers individuals to take ownership of their development while making a positive difference in the world around them. Through progressive levels of achievement, participants gain valuable transferable skills, including teamwork, communication, and leadership, supporting their personal growth and future progression into education, employment, and beyond.
