Our work starts with what we see and hear in our schools, colleges and communities. We listen to people’s experiences, understand the challenges they face and turn that insight into practical action. From opening up access to sport and music to helping someone return to education or take their next step, we work for greater fairness and equity in the opportunities available to people.

Every voice matters
Our 3,000 Voices: Growing up in South East London research captures the experiences of children and young people, helping us understand where support is needed and how education can make a greater difference.Listening is where our work begins. This drives our work, programme development and most importantly our impact.
Joshua has successfully won an Elevare Education Foundation Scholarship and is completing a placement with Visit Greenwich as an Admin Assistant.
Zoe has been awarded a prestigious Elevare Education Foundation Scholarship with ECS Systems, recognising her strong potential in finance and business.
Homey has been awarded an Elevare Education Foundation scholarship with OCN, providing opportunities and experience that were previously unreachable to him.
